If you receive a product that is defective, damaged by the courier during transportation, or not working as intended:

- Our Resolution Commitment: We will review your claim and send a solution within 24 hours of your notification.
Potential Resolutions:
Depending on the nature of the defect and your preference, we may offer one of the following options:

- -Provide a partial refund/compensation.
- -Issue a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
2. 7-Day General Return Policy
If you simply change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can return the goods within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The 7-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a return of the entire amount you paid for the product.
